Arturo Soria professional music conservatory of Madrid
Beatriz Lumbreras is a Spanish artist based in Madrid. She showed an interest towards art during her early years in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain) where she started her musical studies at the Jesús Guridi Conservatory and where she was awarded three prizes in artistic competitions arranged by the Fundación CajaVital Kutxa. She subsequently graduated in Fine Arts at the University of the Basque Country (Bilbao) and specialized in Restoration and Conservation of works of art, in the disciplines of painting and sculpture. She further moved to Madrid where she obtained the Title of Expertise, Appraisal and Valuation of works of art from the School of Art and Antiquities of Madrid at the same time that she finished her professional music studies in the specialty of Viola da Gamba at the Arturo Soria Conservatory in Madrid.

Her work has been exhibited in different cities around the world such as Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt or Fuerteventura, in collaboration with different galleries and artistic institutions.
She combines her pictorial creation with that of a professional interpreter of viola da gamba, specialized in early music together with teaching artistic education for the Ministry of Education of the Community of Madrid.
